Tuition:

Call 817-467-2600 for available study programs and tuition pricing.

Your tuition reserves specific lesson times on specific dates and pays for the time booked -- not the service.  All payments for tuition are non-refundable.

Payment Procedures:

Payment for tuition must be tendered by cash or check,

I do not accept credit card payments. A $20.00 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.

Progress Requirements:

Your progress and therefore your enjoyment of learning to play guitar is dependent on attendance and accomplishing your assignments.  Failure to attend all your lessons wastes your time, money and impedes your progress.

Missed Lessons:

I do not offer any refund or a make up lesson if you miss a lesson. You are required to pay for the time booked. There are no exceptions. If I cancel lessons for any reason you will not be charged for that lesson. To hold your lesson time slot, tuition payment for future lessons is due on the date your last pre-paid lesson is scheduled.  Failure to be in attendance that day does not negate this requirement.

Miscellaneous:

You are responsible for purchasing your own educational supplies and lesson materials such as a tuner, picks, strings, books or sheet music. You are also responsible for keeping your instrument in proper playing condition.

Please be prompt.  Coming early disrupts the student before you.  Coming late wastes your time as your lesson must terminate promptly for the student after you.

Please park your vehicle in my driveway or in the street directly in front of my house.  The street in front of other houses should not be used for parking.  Please do not use my neighbors driveways to turn your vehicles around.

The best time to reach me by phone if you have questions or concerns is during my office hours (Monday-Friday 6:00a-8:00a) I do not answer the phone while I am in a lesson.  If the only time you can call is when I am teaching please leave a message and I promise to call you back as soon as possible.
